Loving Vegan Market Restuarant Review is my unbias thoughts on the food I purchased, the taste of the items and my own personal rating.
I have been attempting to try new vegan restaurants in my area. I like going out to eat just like everyone else, but when you are vegetarian or vegan your choices are limited.
So I just happen by the Loving Vegan Market and decided to take a chance. I did stop and take a look on Yelp to see what others thought about the food. I have to say there was nothing but rave reviews. So I thought “Why not.”
I was the first to come in because I was really early. At first glance, it didn’t look like a market and it didn’t even have the type of vibe you would expect when you go walk into a restaurant. That should have been a clue.
They had a very extensive menu so it took me a minute to chose. I had the teriyaki chicken and rice. It didn’t take long for them to prepare it. I kept myself entertained anyway talking to this nice handsome your gentleman. We just talked about being vegan, because that is what vegans do when they cross paths.
So I got the food and I took a look at it. It didn’t look that appetizing to me, but I decided to take it home and give it a try. I would have eaten there, BUT the place was so super HOT. Keep in mind this is super sunny Florida and there is no way you can have a public eating place with no air but they did.
So I got home and gave it a try. You can look at the video here to see the full review and also see what the food looked like.
Here is a short recap of the video, in case you didn’t have time to watch. The food wasn’t that great. They gave me left over, over cooked rice. I wasn’t thrilled with the overall feel of the establishment. The staff was very friendly, but not knowledgeable about what they were selling.
I think they paid for a bunch of rave reviews on Yelp. Personally, I wasn’t feeling it. And yes I will be posting my real review on yelp, my Youtube channel and here on the blog.
Would I go there again…..Sadly no.
It really wasn’t worth my time. It wasn’t terrible, but it wasn’t good. I would have like fresher food and not processed food. I’m not even going to talk about the rice.
On to a different restaurant.
