I am not fitness buff, by any means. I am just trying to keep it moving so I can feel not so old, to put it bluntly. I am not trying to diet or loose a ton of weight, although I am good if it just falls off on its own. My goal is to simply keep moving. Moving is my word for exercise.
Exercise seems so harsh. So I am going to keep it moving.
