Focus Friday means showing up for blog planning. 🙂 I know, I know. You are all saying where the hell is Lizzy. Lizzy has been Lazzzzy these past weeks. Something has must be said for routines. I am constantly saying I need to get back to my routines, but it has been eluding me lately. I don’t know why.

I started blogging again this week. That is so abnormal for me. Blogging is a bit of a release and a shout out for the accountability in my life, if you know what I mean. So this week was a bit flucky. Well actually this whole year has been flucky. I have been a woman on the move and I haven’t finished yet.
So I think it is time to take the baby step and get me some short-term goals in place so I can start getting on track. The first order of business is to get my office back in order. If I had one word for my office it would be Chaos! How does one collect so much paperwork even when they are not home. Well I managed to do just that. Unfortunately my shredder took a nose dive, so I have to flip for a new one. Dangnabit.

My short-term weekly goal this week is to stay on my fitness schedule. Journalize what I’m eating. Yeap, I said it out loud, the dreaded journalizing. UGGGG! Polish my nails at night instead of five minutes before I go somewhere, which by the way has really been working out for me, believe it or not, but it really is not good for the morning schedule.
I plan on running at least 4 times this week and getting some weights in this week which I haven’t done in a while. I have a running date in June and I don’t want to look too bad. I’m already slow enough as it is. 🙂
Meal Planning on this Focused Friday………………
I still have some food in my freezer from two weeks ago. I will also be going out in the AM to a farmers market to get me a hug pile of veggies. I am going to start juicing. My plan is to replace one meal with juice only. We will see how that goes.
Sleep Planing on this Focused Friday……..
It is so easy for me to stay up all night. After living overseas for 7 years, my body automatically takes every opportunity to stay on that time zone. I drank way too much coffee yesterday and I was up until 6:30 am this morning. Believe it or not I wasn’t sleepy at all. That is crazy. Not good. Time to get on a sleep schedule. I can’t get anything done sleeping half the day away.
I also have some travel planning to make, but I will save that for another post. 🙂
That’s my crystal ball moment for the past and future.
